The bronze sculpture, Lengua con Lengua, represent on a large scale a passionate kiss, the encounter of two tongues, and by extension of two individuals. The sculpture appears in the artist's film La Plaza del Chafleo. This short film by Iván Argote is a reflection on language, and the way in which speech can become a tool for action. The artist proposes a succession of definitions that can be attributed to "chaflear", a made-up verb. He suggests creating a public space to be called "Plaza del Chafleo", a name derived from the verb "chaflear"; the meaning associated with "chaflear" will thus depend on how space is occupied. One of the suggested meanings of "chaflear" is the action of kissing passionately.
