Over the past 30 years, the gallery has exhibited and supported a great number of
modern and contemporary art projects, both within the gallery and beyond, and it has
been involved in many collaborations and unique productions. Keen on pursuing a
broad, cross-disciplinary approach, the gallery programmes, besides contemporary art exhibitions, conferences and workshops for children as well as concerts, tours
and performances.
The gallery’s contemporary art exhibitions daily welcome scores of visitors, who are
offered explanatory booklets, videos and podcasts to extend their visit. ‘The gallery
operates as a free art centre. It is not a space where we only welcome collectors’,
says Emmanuel Perrotin in an interview with Connaissance des Arts (March 2019).
From New York to Shanghai via Paris, Seoul, Tokyo, Los Angeles and Hong Kong, the gallery
organizes exhibitions of the artists it represents, but also one-off events and projects.
On this page you will find information on the current and forthcoming exhibitions in
our seven galleries, but also the archives of the contemporary art exhibitions and the list
of fairs the gallery has participated in since its foundation in Paris in 1990.
