The gallery represents 72 artists and collaborates with 32 others, including emerging as well as established mid-career artists and estates. We believe that a diversity in age, background, gender identity, race, sexual orientation, ethnicity, and perspective are central to our identity as a gallery and a platform for new ideas. Today, our program includes artists from 5 continents out of 5 and 28 nationalities. Women currently represent 39,42% the living artists of our roster, and this number will only increase as the gallery evolves.
Finally, in recent years, we have collaborated with 11 estates.
« My taste is consistently eclectic, and the gallery has never limited itself to a single movement, medium, generation, or aesthetic. The opening of several spaces on various continents has enabled me to exhibit young contemporary artists while remaining faithful to those who have been with me for decades. » Emmanuel Perrotin.
Visitors to the gallery can discover a variety of contemporary artists across our seven galleries in Paris, Hong Kong, New York, Seoul, Tokyo, Shanghai and Los Angeles.
« I am especially proud to have worked with so many artists since the very beginning of their careers, and I am grateful to still enjoy their close confidence after so many years. This is especially true for the French artists, who have accompanied me from the start of this journey and have grown with me, becoming internationally renowned. Our evolution was a dream that seemed impossible at the start of my career. » Emmanuel Perrotin
Perrotin also has a robust editions program, with bookstore locations in Paris, New York, Seoul, Shanghai and Los Angeles, as well as a digital presence. These shops offer an expansive selection of books, both about our artists as well as central texts on contemporary art, as well as unique works on paper, artist monographs, art-historical essays, objets d’art, posters, and merchandising.
« The reward is that we are able to help our artists achieve their dreams. » Emmanuel Perrotin
