Evolution
In the same vein as Eternity, the new series, Evolution, is based on cultural elements spanning time and space, with a focus on cultural differences within globalization. In Evolution, however, XU ZHEN® departs from the realm of classical culture, tending instead towards some kind of primitive art defined by subcultural and cultural borders. Through this joyful experience, the artist presents the cognitive challenges resulting from the rise of the Internet, where its easiness-of-use and our increasing access to knowledge allow a qualitative change of the ways we think and behave.
