"Nizza" is part of the artist’s emblematic series of “rip-off” paintings, which are composed of collages of audio or VHS tapes, in which Hildebrandt creates complementary positive and negative versions of the same motif. The film "To Catch a Thief", 1955 by Alfred Hitchcock is recorded on the VHS tapes of the work.
