“To conclude the series of architects portraits initiated for the Veilhan Versailles exhibition, I decided to put together all the architects in a single work. They appear in different scales, definitions and are rendered in different materials (silver, gold, resins of various densities, multiple types of wood) but the choice is arbitrary and in no way states for the importance of each architect. The statues are installed on a plate constituted by four identical elements that can be displayed in a row or in a square. They form a skyline were the different figures coexist like buildings.” Xavier Veilhan
